Our one-of-a-kind, unique, fun, and interactive 4-week birth and postpartum course focus on the human experience, the sexuality of birth and postpartum, intuitive birth, and family-centered care. We will cover all topics from nutrition and mindful movement, labor progress, pain management, breastfeeding, newborn care, and more. We meet every Wednesday (1 week off Sept 13) evening from 6:30-9:00 p.m. for four weeks. This series will be hosted in Santa Clarita Valley.
